
Established in 2017 under the direction of Dr. Bradley Smith, our lab synthesizes a research-to-practice approach assessing the benefits of Mindfulness/Spirituality while working with our community to integrate wellness at an individual, communal and policy-level.

Current Projects
Mindfulness Ambassador Program
We are looking to train students on how to present mindfulness lessons and guide short meditations. Training starts fall of 2020 and will be expected to present in college classrooms in spring 2021. 2-4 hours a week should be devoted to this position.
